[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH luajit] cmake: drop include(CMakeParseArguments)

`cmake_parse_arguments()` is a builtin since CMake 3.5 and the
module is a no-op since then, see [1]. Tarantool is on CMake 3.5
since April 2025.
