[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH v2 luajit 2/5] ci: add tablebump flavor for exotic builds

This flavor enables the LUAJIT_ENABLE_TABLE_BUMP option to test table
bump optimization.

Needed for tarantool/tarantool#9924
