[tarantool-patches] [PATCH v8 0/3] sql: return all generated ids via IPROTO

To make implementation of function getGeneratedKeys() of JDBC
driver we should be able to return information of generated in
last INSERT statement keys through IPROTO.

Patch 1 separates fideb_gc() from txn_commit().

Patch 2 implements mentioned functionality.

Patch 3 do some refactoring in VDBE.
