[PATCH 0/2 v4] xdir: Remove inprogress files on start

Changes in v4:
- Make xdir_collect_inprogress return void.
- Add 2 vy_file_types for inprogress files.
- Change error injections using labels.
- Change test with box.snapshot instead of big tuples inserting.
- Change log message in xdir_collect_garbage and vy_run_remove_files.
- Get rid of remove_file function in vy_run.c.
- Remove unnecessary lines.
