[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH luajit] test: add test for `string.char('%c', 0)`

Hi, Sergey!
Thanks for the patch!
LGTM, except for the single nit regarding the commit title.
I believe, it should be the `string.format` instead of `string.char`.
