[tarantool-patches] [PATCH v3] Fix warnings

Ensure -Werror -Wall set for the whole src/.
Fix warnings which have been found with -Werror and -Wall.
Add new build target RelWithDebInfoWError.
Change build target on RelWithDebInfoWError in CI.
