Subject: [Tarantool-patches] [PATCH luajit 0/3] Fix sysprof crash due to insufficient free disk space
Date: Mon, 2 Nov 2026 16:11:07 +0300	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <cover.1793624427.git.estetus@gmail.com> (raw)

The patch series adds a unit test for lj_wbuf.c file, a patch
with fix for sysprof crash with regression test and a fix for
release resources on a halted profiler.

Unfortunately, we don't have a unit test for lj_wbuf, so before
applying the fix for sysprof, I decided to add a test that
provides not just line code coverage, but also branch coverage.

The LuaJIT code coverage before (master):
https://github.com/tarantool/luajit/actions/runs/38898752231/job/116965510306

lines: 93.0% (21919 out of 23560)
functions: 95.0% (1448 out of 1524)
branches: 80.9% (12757 out of 15761)

The LuaJIT code coverage after (gh-11620-insufficient-free-disk-space-sysprof):

lines: 93.2% (21951 out of 23564)
functions: 95.1% (1449 out of 1524)
branches: 80.9% (12768 out of 15777)
