[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH luajit] ci: conditionally install lua-cjson for perf job

I've applied the patch into tarantool/master and tarantool/release/3.7
long-term branches in tarantool/luajit and bumped new versions in
Tarantool's corresponding branches [1][2].
