[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH v6 0/1] applier: filter incoming synchro packets via transaction initiator

While there only one patch in the series I still provide a cover
letter to describe changes from previous version at

 - rework the test case to use gh-6035- prefix in filenames
 - do not modify test runner's cfg
 - use only memtx engine for the test (suite.ini updated)
 - update wait state for data propagation on replica
 - update gh-5445-leader-inconsistency.test.lua testcase because
   we need a new term to be floating
