[Tarantool-patches] [PATCH v3] lua: added pairs/ipairs mm to LUA 5.1

Although we do not turn on full compatibility with Lua 5.2 we want to take
advantage of metamethods. Patch introduces LUAJIT_ENABLE_PAIRSMM flag.
If the flag is set - metamethods are available, no otherwise.
