[tarantool-patches] [PATCH v2] sql: fix decode analyze sample

Analyze samples are encoded with msgpack and should be decoded as a
msgpack.
sqlite3Stat4Column sqlite-style function converted to sql_stat4_column
Tarantool-styled.
Closes #2860
