[PATCH 1/1] Export space_index_key_def

[Vladislav Shpilevoy]

This function is needed in vshard to use box_tuple_compare
with real index key_def featured with collations instead of
faux box_key_def_new. Besides, it allows to do not allocate
new key_defs but reuse existing one.
